Nex Bug - No items showing up?

Me and my brother killed eight nexes this morning and we didn't get the drops for any of them. We could see the notification in the chatbox that we were getting drops, but we didn't even get the every kill 50m. I don't have any proof Pawel, but hopefully you know me enough to trust my word.
