Server Problems

This post is mainly to Blitzz and angelofdeath and admins, but anyone else can feel free to read this.
I am worried about the number of spawned items in game and also how many people are getting staff ranks, the server is becoming just a server of staff.
Now I'm not saying all of these staff don't deserve these ranks, but there are players who have played for less than a week getting the supporter rank. I see this as a main problem, because as they are new, they can't exactly ''support'' these new people. Also, there has been a large influx of new moderators, myself included, who I personally believe shouldn't be moderator. For example, Soul Prince, he has got moderator rank last night, and I cannot see any of his posts on Forums, nor an application. I think that items and ranks are being passed out too easily by people at the head of the staffing team.
Also, with new staffing, they are more inclined to abuse their powers as they haven't been on the server long enough to know what to do in certain situations. Now, you may be calling me a hypocrite for saying this as I seem to fit the picture of a relatively new person getting staff, but I personally believe I deserve this rank as I have had past experience on servers as staff and also I am respected and well-known by the community.
Sorry if you don't see this in the same view as me, but myself and another moderator are working to try and save this server from any sort of reset etc. as we think that some admins, and other moderators are being too lenient with the rest of the community.
Please address these issues Blitzz, as I love and enjoy playing this server and I would hate to see it ruined by the problems I've stated above.

I might go for it soon, after the server has settled down a little, because at the moment, like i said above in my first post, things are a little shaky at the moment, so i'll wait for a little bit :p
