Why can I not get back on?

Why can I not log back in? everytime I try to log on I get a white screen when I click on webclient or it pops up on the top right of screen and says "error click for details"

Firstly, try deleting the client then redownloading.
if that doesnt work, open up the client, search in your user area ''task manager'' and open up ''view running processes with task manager'' then, scroll til you find ''javaw.exe *32'' end that process, it should close the client, then try rebooting the client - it should work.
tell me if this doesn't work and i'll get it looked into for you
